I was thinking as I was writing this one that what i really look for in teammates are people who are unstoppable. They are high potential, deeply curious, gritty, take pride in their work, are closers, and simply can't help themselves. I probably should write this all up.

Those traits are sometimes more important than knowing all the aspects of a specific job and I would say that's missed by most
You need to find and develop growth minded people and it's hard to do when you have the wrong people
