Renaming the Blog: Welcome to Boss Battles

When I started this blog, it was just a way to sharpen ideas and reflect on lessons from building a company. I never expected to go beyond 15 posts, but writing weekly has become something I enjoy and want to keep doing.
Over time, my focus has narrowed to actionable insights on difficult leadership challenges. That’s why I’m renaming the blog to Boss Battles—a nod to both the struggles of being a leader (I always hated being called "boss") and the challenges teams face in building new games, products, and companies.
Thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts along the way. It’s been great to hear how this blog has helped people in small ways. Tomorrow, we’re back to regularly scheduled content under a new name.
